Being a designer and upholsterer by trade, keeping an open mind, and always on the lookout for new inspiration has lead to some very intriguing projects in the past. The current project involving birds is totally absorbing and seemingly endless. The Northeast Songbird series has opened so many doors, it's difficult deciding which one to go through next. I'm now working on a pillow series that bring my designs to life in a more timely manner and will soon allow me to move beyond my backyard for research.
